About these terms

These terms are between you and RevRooms. They cover RevRooms Campus, the driver app, and the website. Our Privacy notice and Community Guidelines are part of them.

We may update them. When we do we raise the version (now 2026-10-18, 18 October 2026) and ask you to accept before you carry on.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or over. We ask for your date of birth to check.
• Campus is an open pilot for anyone aged 18 or over with a confirmed email who is not suspended. You do not need a university email, invite code or moderator approval to join while the pilot is open. RevRooms is not affiliated with any university.
• One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in or use someone else's.
• You must give true information.

Your car and your content

• Add only cars you own or have permission to use. The live check is there to prove it. Never fake it or use a photo of someone else's car.
• You are responsible for what you post: photos, captions, messages, names and links.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give RevRooms a free, limited licence to store it, show it to the people you chose, check it and remove it, so the service can run. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies that are already gone from our systems within the periods in the Privacy notice.
• Do not post personal information about other people, including their faces, their plates or where they live.

How to behave

The Community Guidelines set out what is and is not allowed. In short: no abuse, no hate, no threats, no illegal content, no dangerous driving, no spam and no pretending to be someone else. Anything against UAE law is against these terms.

We can hide content, warn you, suspend you, remove you, and end your access, with or without notice, if we think these terms or the Guidelines are broken or someone is at risk. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we will look again.

Ratings, ranks and badges

Ratings, duel scores, ranks and badges show the opinion of the people on Campus. They say nothing about a car's value, condition, history or safety, and you should not rely on them for those things. A "verified" label means the car check was passed, not that the car is in good condition.

Garages and requests

• RevRooms is a place to discover garages and send enquiries. Garages are independent businesses. They give the inspection, diagnosis, quote, availability and repair, and they are responsible for them.
• Labels and information on a garage page help you choose. They do not promise price, time, availability or quality of work.
• Garages pay a flat monthly fee for software. A plan never buys a better ranking, trust score, badge or review treatment. Drivers pay RevRooms nothing and RevRooms takes no commission on jobs.
• Any agreement for work is between you and the garage.

Meetups and driving

• Meetups are arranged by members. RevRooms does not organise, supervise or insure them. Take part at your own risk.
• Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going and use your judgement about people you have just met.
• Never use Campus while driving. Never race, stunt or drive dangerously, and never post or plan it. It is dangerous and it is a crime in the UAE.

Campus is a pilot

Campus is in a pilot phase. It is free, it is provided "as is", and we may change it, pause it or close it. We will try to give notice. We will not guarantee it is always on or free of mistakes.

Alerts are optional and can be late or missed. Do not rely on them for anything urgent.

Our property

The RevRooms name, logo, software and design belong to RevRooms. You may use the service as intended, but you may not copy it, scrape it, take it apart, or use it to build a competing service.

Responsibility

We do our best to run RevRooms with care. As far as UAE law allows, RevRooms is not responsible for losses that come from what other users or garages do or post, from meetups, from relying on ratings or labels, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes any right or responsibility that UAE law does not allow to be removed.

Leaving, and ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Account. We can end or suspend your access as set out above. What happens to your data is in the Privacy notice.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai can hear any dispute. If you have a complaint, please write to us first so we can try to sort it out.
